Welcome to Prevention Research 2023 conference taking place in the beautiful city of Edinburgh on 14 & 15 November.

KEYNOTE SPEAKERS CONFIRMED TO DATE:

This is the first conference organised by the Community of Practice of the UK Prevention Research Partnership, and is open to members of UKPRP funded groups and the wider prevention research and stakeholder community.

The conference will showcase NCD prevention research from UKPRP-funded consortia and networks as well as the wider UK research community. There will be opportunities for discussions on emerging research practice including collaborations between academics and public or policy stakeholders, maximising impact, systems approaches, and managing large scale prevention research projects.

The conference is funded by UKPRP and free places will be available for early career researchers and policy partners. A nominal fee may be charged to others to secure places. Numbers will be limited by the size of the venue and there is expected to be a high level of demand, so please register your interest early and look out for our submission deadlines.
